‘Jamna Pyari’ is basically a feel-good entertainer; the three songs in the film too are in tune with the mood of the film, light-hearted and entertaining. B.K.Harinarayanan has penned the lyrics while Gopi Sunder is the one who sets the tune…

The main attraction of the song of course is the rendition in the Thrissur dialect. Sung by Franco and with apt chorus by kids, this would no doubt appeal to kids and work in favour of the film at the box office.

Jamna Pyari…

Sung by Sachin Warrier and Maqbool, this is the title song of the film and introduces us to the plot in a way. Nothing great, it may seem, about the lyrics; but the song definitely syncs in perfectly well with the overall mood of the film.

Sung by Jassie Gift, Divya S Menon, Remesh Babu and Vijay Yesudas, this is a Malayalam-Tamil mix, with lyrics jointly penned by Harinarayanan and Kalai Kumar. A dance number, it begins somewhat like the ‘Padayappa’ song; anyhow the song is OK and like the other songs, suits the mood of the movie. The orchestration also suits a dance mood.
