Rana Daggubati is a well known name in Indian Film Industry. The actor has earned enough fame & limelight in every regional film industry. Making his debut with a versatile political film Leader and continued it with Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum after facing couple of debacles with action entertainers. Later playing the cruel antagonist role in the series of Bahubali the versatile actor was noted as a talented actor with unique shades in him.

Accordingly, throughout his career as far, Rana was always playing important supporting roles in content driven films. Post to the success of Bahubali series Rana handled his negative image tactically that was created by Bahubali. After acting in hero centric films like Ghazi The Attack and Nene Raju Nene Mantri which earned him a specific range of market in Telugu Cinema. Even the star actor is currently acting in a Tamil/Telugu bilingual titled Madai Thiranthu 1945 and also essaying a key role in the legendary biopic of NTR. But the only regret Rana fans are feeling that their versatile star is acting in very less number of films in which he plays the lead role or the main protagonist role. Even it seems true that in 9 years of his acting career Rana just acted in six films as a key protagonist of a film.

The regret from fans also makes all the sense to Rana Daggubati and accordingly the versatile star has signed a new telugu movie that will be directed by Venu Udugula of needi naadi oke katha. Rana’s new film is titled as Virata Parvam 1992, as it is touted to be a period flick in which Sai Pallavi will be playing the female lead role.

Even Rana is in talks for remaking the recent super hit tamil film 96 which could be produced by the ace producer Dil Raju who brought down the rights to remake the film in Telugu. Hoping Rana Daggubati emerges in Tollywood with back to back to versatile films as a versatile star of Tollywood.
