There is the possibility of Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s film ‘Amar Akbar Antony’, directed by Srinu Vaitla, clashing with Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Taxiwala’ on November 16. ‘Amar Akbar Antony’ was originally scheduled to release on October 5, but the producers postponed its release to avoid the Dasara rush. Had the producers stuck with the original date, even then Ravi Teja’s film would have classed with Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Taxiwala’. Even now, the clash of the two popular heroes appears to be inevitable.
The producers of ‘Amar Akbar Antony’ are unwilling to delay the release of their movie any further as they have a finished product in their hands. In spite of such a bad season, the producers of ‘Amar Akbar Antony’ are confident that their film will become a hit as its content is good.
Another reason for their confidence is that Vijay Deverakonda’s film, though a potential threat, has lost its sheen due to multiple postponements.
