Can Savyasachi be Naga Chaitanya first big step towards fulfilling his dream of becoming an action hero? Can Chaitanya defy all the odds to turn his latest action film a success? So far, Chaitu has been finding it difficult to break the jinx and succeed in the action genre and therefore he is hoping to deliver a big hit with Savyasachi, which is releasing today.

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, Savyasachi is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, which made successful movies so far. However, it is not surprising to note that the movie’s online ticket bookings are not good when compared Chaitu’s previous film Shailaja Reddy Alludu.

According to initial reviews, the film Savyasachi begins in Kulu and that is where Chaitanya is introduced. Rao Ramesh, who is a doctor, shares information on the Vanishing Twin Syndrome and how Chaitu is born with the ailment.

Naga Chaitanya is ad filmmaker and Bhumika plays the role of his sister. Comedian Vennela Kishore is Chaitu’s assistant. So far the movie is routine. Now, enters the heroine and there is a boring track on romance and the film is meandering aimlessly. The story then moves to the United States of America as Chaitu has an ad film shoot there. Shakalaka Shankar is introduced and his comedy is entertaining. Even after one hour of the movie, it is meandering without and story or plot.
